The mould for this project was symptomatic of excess water within the structure of the building. Once we located areas of concern, we identified the type of mould, used HEPA vacuums to remove mould spores and then proceeded to sanitise the area.. Lastly, we dried and managed the humidity levels of these areas to get rid of any water ingress by using structural drying techniques.
